Blankie washing

It has become a COMPLETE struggle to get Julia to let me wash her Blankies. Normally I try to sneak them down to the laundry room and start them in the wash before Julia can notice. It has become much harder to do now because Julia likes to help me do the laundry.

Today she saw the Blankies in the laundry pile before I got them into the washer. You would have thought I was asking her to give up a limb by the way she refused to let me wash them. She tried to carry them off, she tried to tell me they were not dirty, she tried just flat out refusing. I FINALLY convinced her to throw them into the washing machine. About 1 minute after she did, she was begging to have them back! She had to repeatly see them in the machine.

She also refused to leave the laundry room while they were being washed.......


You think she is attached to them?!?!!!
