Julia had a fun Sunday!
She spent Saturday night over at Mimi and Bappa's. We met for Sunday lunch to get her back. After lunch, Julia and I drove down to Cincinnati. (Well, I drove, she slept). Julia woke up right as we arrived. There was a store down there I wanted to go to. They were doing an informal seminar on cloth diapering and I wanted to check it out. (BTW, I am getting really frustrated about all the flack I am getting about wanting to try cloth diapering. Don't they realize that it just makes be want to do it more. Besides, I am going to be the one doing the laundry, not them.) Anyway, we check out the store and seminar. Julia got to play with the toys they had in the store.
We almost got locked into the parking garage! I could not find any street parking, so I parked in a parking garage that was doing parking for $2. Well, I went to leave and the only way to open the gates was to have a key card!! ACK!!! I drove around the parking garage and finally found the maintance shack. I showed them the ticket I was given when I came in and they let me out. Phew!
Then we drive closer downtown and parked. We went to Fountian Square. We saw horse-drawn carriages that Julia thought were neat. They Julia just wanted to play in the fountian, so I let her. After we played in the fountian for awhile and ate some ice-cream, we went and visited Jerrod's sister. Julia loves her Aunt Ninnie!
It was almost 6pm by the time we headed home! It was after 7pm before we got home. Julia slept well last night. I think she was wore out, I know I was!
